Career Counselling
Often, we do not know which profession suits us best so as to live a balanced and thorough life. We just choose something according to what we like, what some others say suits us, what is easier, what offers social status, money, fame, or security. The outcome is that we later feel trapped, unhappy, that there is no purpose in what we are doing, and/or that it does not represent who we are. As time passes, depression, anxiety and burnout are usually the result.
At “Happy People”, through the DOVE (Depth Oriented Value Extraction) method of Dr. Edward Collozi, the skills and values of each individual are assessed in great detail in combination with the roles they have in life. This counseling approach investigates an individual’s work values that are deeply rooted into their subconscious. Gaining awareness of what really matters to someone, who they really are and what their calling is in life offer meaning, purpose and a sense of fulfilment.
At “Happy People” custom made career counseling is provided to adults and adolescents to help them make the right decision for a career that will affect their whole life and will enable them to express themselves in their own unique way.
